Civic Organizations are a powerful tool in our society because they operate from the thought “Service First”. Therefore, I try to arrive in a city a couple of days ahead of my Keynote to share with these organizations.
One of my favorites is Rotary International. I am partial because no matter where I am in the world, they more than likely have a chapter. They even have one in Siberia.
Rotary International has “The Four-Way Test”, and when applied to leadership it is immensely powerful, when applied to life it is also enormously powerful.
