About Glenn Daniels II

Master Jedi Knight Pax TiBi ?

Have you ever noticed how stories can pull you in? Think back to when you were a child, do you remember getting lost in a story? As a little boy, my brother, our best friend, and I loved lying in our backyard on those long hot summer days, in the shade of our neighbor’s very tall aspen tree, and tell stories. Sometimes we made them up, and sometimes we would share stories about something we read in a book or saw on TV. Storytelling somehow stayed with me.

With more than 30 years of helping set strategies to create effective changes from within for thousands of individuals and organizations, I have used storytelling to connect audiences with the skills and techniques that enable them to rapidly become great leaders.

My clients are spread across various industries worldwide, including the U.S. military, communications, insurance, medical, funeral, energy, manufacturing, and retail. I have worked with some of the top names in the speaking industry and developed a fun and effective skills-and-technique-based style.

As you will see, our entertaining, engaging, and informative lectures and workshops unleash each leader’s potential.  We give leaders the motivation to use those skills and techniques to have a measurable effect on the bottom line.

It is time to go to work.

The best mentor that a person could have, Cameron, taught me that I could be better. He taught me by showing me. A trendy way to say this is “he walked his talk.” He saw that even though I had the skills and techniques to lead, I could be better. More specifically, I could be a better leader. By being a better leader, I would make people’s lives better and further elevate my results. At the time, I was the type of leader who believed and operated with the “my way or the highway” mentality. And why not? It worked. We were number one. I had no problem acting as if I and only I had the solution to greatness. As a member of my team, you either hit your numbers or stepped down. If you did not like the way I spoke to you, you could leave my team.

I wanted to be the best, so I listened. Cameron showed me that collaborative communication was one of the keys to real success. I learned that my team could push us to a new height of success if I trusted them. Cameron taught me what the roles and duties are of the best leaders. Being bossy was undoubtedly not one of them. To be a great leader, you must help each team member be better than they were. You must understand your role as a leader. With his mentorship, I understood that I had to work at my craft every day to be better, better than I have ever been so that my team could be better. I had to try and be just a little better each day and not be lazy or show a bad attitude to my team. And by improving my leadership skills’, my team was propelled from just barely making their goals to a cohesive team that crushed their numbers. A team with passion, enthusiasm, and proudly wanted to be better than they had been.

The reality is that we spend most of our awake hours at our job.

Why not be the best at it?
Why not enjoy it?
Why not make a difference?
